Apartment for 1-10 people with 4 bedrooms just at 150 meters from the beach and in the center of the town of Roses.

In the apartment there is WiFi and air conditioning to make your stay pleasant and an optional parking place.

The accommodation is fully equipped and has 4 double bedrooms, living room with TV-LED, kitchen equipped, bathroom with shower and a terrace where you can eat.

In the 1st and 2nd bedroom there are 2 beds of 90cm x 200cm in each of them, that is, 4 beds of 90cm x 200cm in total, in the 3rd bedroom there is 1 bed 160cm x 200cm and in the 4th and last bedroom there is 1 bed of 140cm x 200cm.

The dining room has 2 sofas to accommodate a 9th and 10th person.

The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a built-in microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a fridge-freezer as well as pots and pans and other cooking utensils.

There is also a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron.

At only 50 meters you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, an ATM, etc, that is, on foot you can buy everything you need for your stay.

During your stay you will not need to use your car or public transport as the accommodation is in the heart of Roses.

The bus station is only 300 meters away.

The accommodation is ideal for large families with or without children, couples and adventurers, both to spend one or several nights and for a longer stay (1week, 2 weeks, month …).
