Apartment for 1-4 people with 1 room and lift only 75 meters from the beach next to the port. The centre village is about 3 minutes walking.

It has air conditioning and a terrasse to eat for 4 people.

The accommodation is equipped and has 1 bedroom, 2 terrasse living-dining room, equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

In the room there is 1 bed of 150cm x 200cm and in the dining room there is TV-LED with ASTRA channels and 1 sofa beda for 2 people.

The bathroom has a bathtub, the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge-freezer as well as pots and pans and other utensils for cooking.

They also have at their disposal a washing machine as well as an ironing board and iron.

At only 100 meters you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, an ATM, etc., that is, on foot you can buy everything you need for your stay.

During your stay you will not need to use your car or public transport since the accommodation is next to the heart of Roses.

The bus station is only 10 minutes away on foot.

The accommodation is ideal for families with or without children, couples and adventurers, either to spend one or several nights, or for a longer stay (week, fortnight, month …).
